I live in a 1400 sq ft space and I STILL think I could use more space.

It may have something to do with the fact that I grew up in a landed property with a yard, a full grown old tree in that yard (I always thought it came out from one of the fairy tales when I was a kid), a river next to the house, in a quaint town called Tawau.

So you can imagine it took more than a little adjusting when I purchased my own apartment in the city ;)

Before owning that, I rented a 400 sq feet serviced apartment and WAS THAT A NIGHTMARE!

My closet burst, literally! I had to pay the owner for the shattered door!

The “living area” was littered with magazines.

And I hurt myself every time I tried to turn around in the bathroom!

SO, if you stay in a closet, or is considering renting/ buying one, have I found a gem of an idea for you!

Surely this can’t be just 500 sq feet!

Note: Lining the walls – all the storage space to avoid clutter and mess!

IT IS a room! And look how spacious it looks! Smart use of built-in shelves!

Well, built in everything really.

Fuss free shutters to filter or let in light to the entire apartment.
